Meet the Founders
The hearts behind the vision
Sarah’s holistic background serves to support clients in their whole selves. As a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor, Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Yoga teacher, and trauma-informed Coach, she brings a unique and holistic approach to her work, whether with individuals or groups. She currently lives in Columbus, Ohio and is a student of collective trauma healing with Thomas Hübl.
Heather is the creator of Four Minute Fridays and the author of Being WholeHearted: Finding new ways of thinking and living. Heather loves books of all shapes and sizes and is fascinated by the power of words and ideas to transform people’s lives. She is a writer and content creator and has traveled the world presenting at seminars and conferences in Asia, Europe, and the United States.
As a mindfulness coach and speaker, David supports communities to heal from collective trauma, re-establish healthy communication, and love fearlessly. With a background in East Asian philosophy, international diplomacy, and community development, David's dream is to create a culture of WholeHeartedness for future generations. He is a co-facilitator of Radical Wholeness

I can see an expansion in my life - where I was at the beginning of the course and now. I am more open to life and the challenges I encounter and see how they can help me grow. This is something that has made a huge impact on my life. I am eager to keep practicing and see where it takes me.
What I got from Radical Wholeness is self-acceptance, especially around how to handle my negative emotions. Finding a way to embrace my negative emotions has been liberating. I find myself at ease and more relaxed versus being so controlling. That’s a big breakthrough for me.
