We are excited to invite you to a 3-day meditation retreat at the beautiful Saranam retreat center in West Virginia. This retreat will focus on mindfulness meditation, trauma healing, and spiritual practice, offering a transformative experience in the heart of nature.

During this retreat, you will be guided through practices that cultivate deeper awareness, presence, and compassion toward yourself and others. Together, you will explore techniques for healing from past traumas, as well as mindfulness practices that can help you uncover inner freedom and fulfillment.

Saranam retreat center is a stunning location, nestled within the serene forests of West Virginia. The natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere create an ideal setting for your inner journey.

Your accommodation at the retreat center will be comfortable, providing a restful space to reflect and recharge. All meals will be provided, ensuring that you are nourished and energized throughout your stay.

The cost of the retreat, including food and lodging, is roughly $1,000. This is a rare opportunity to disconnect from the stress of daily life and connect with yourself in a supportive community of fellow retreat-goers. Meet Your Teachers

Sarah Oben & David Young

Sarah Oben, CMMT., CFNC is a certified functional nutrition counselor, mindfulness meditation teacher, yoga teacher, and trauma-informed coach. 

 

David Young, M.A., CMMT is a certified meditation teacher, facilitator, and coach with a background in East Asian philosophy and international diplomacy. 

They currently live in Columbus, Ohio with their son, and are students of collective trauma healing with Thomas Hübl.
