We are excited to invite you to a 3-day meditation retreat at the beautiful Saranam retreat center in West Virginia. This retreat will focus on mindfulness meditation, trauma healing, and spiritual practice, offering a transformative experience in the heart of nature.

Together, you will explore techniques for healing from past traumas, as well as mindfulness practices that can help you uncover inner freedom and fulfillment.

Sarah Oben, CMMT., CFNC is a certified functional nutrition counselor, mindfulness meditation teacher, yoga teacher, and trauma-informed coach.
David Young, M.A., CMMT is a certified meditation teacher, facilitator, and coach with a background in East Asian philosophy and international diplomacy. They currently live in Columbus, Ohio with their son, and are students of collective trauma healing with Thomas Hübl.
