What is an Attunement Practice?
This is a free drop-in session where we practice attunement with ourselves and others, based on the principles of Transparent Communication taught by Thomas Hübl. Beginning with a short guided meditation to help us create deeper awareness of and connection to our body, heart, and mind, we then practice speaking and listening to one another from this attuned (aka "embodied") state using a unique theme for inner exploration. Beginners and those who are more established in their practice are welcome.
Attunement practice groups are intentional spaces designed to deepen self-awareness and foster meaningful connection with others. In these sessions, participants are guided to slow down and tune into their inner experiences—thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations—while fully listening to and witnessing others. Through small group interactions, often in triads, participants build the capacity to hold space for one another, creating an environment where everyone feels seen, heard, and acknowledged. This practice not only enhances emotional presence but also strengthens the ability to engage in authentic and empathetic communication. By refining the balance between self-awareness and deep listening, attunement groups offer a profound opportunity for personal and relational growth. Participants often leave with a stronger sense of connection, greater clarity in their interactions, and a deeper understanding of themselves and others. This shared experience of being truly present cultivates a space where meaningful insights and lasting connections naturally emerge.

What to Expect
-
Welcome and Introductions
-
A short, guided meditation that supports our personal attunement
-
Introduction of the theme/topic of inner exploration and the practice of Transparent Communication
-
We then break out into smaller groups of two ("dyads") or three ("triads") to practice speaking from embodiment. One person shares while others listen carefully to themselves and the speaker, noting physical sensations, emotions, or types of thoughts that arise. Reflections may be offered by sharing what listeners noticed within them during the sharing and refraining from giving advice or critique.
-
Next, everyone rejoins the main room and shares any poignant experiences, "harvesting" the growth opportunities in the larger group.
-
Together we close the sacred space.
PLEASE NOTE
This is not a therapy group. However, offering our presence to ourselves and others can be profoundly healing and lead to personal growth and increased self-awareness.

Because this experience is about creating a safe space that allows what is unconscious to become conscious, everything shared in our practice groups is confidential. We will make this agreement at the beginning of every practice session.
