Presence: Integration & Meditation Retreat

We are excited to invite you to a 3-day integration and meditation retreat at the beautiful Gathering Place Cabin in the forests of New Hampshire, offering a transformative experience in the heart of nature. This retreat will focus on trauma integration, mindfulness meditation, movement and spiritual practice.

During this retreat, you will be guided through practices that cultivate deeper awareness, presence, and compassion toward yourself and others. Together, you will explore techniques for healing from past traumas, as well as mindfulness practices that can help you uncover inner freedom and fulfillment.

Your retreat center provides a comfortable, restful space to reflect and recharge. All meals will be provided, ensuring that you are nourished and energized throughout your stay.

The cost of the retreat, including food and lodging, is $950. This is a rare opportunity to disconnect from the stress of daily life and connect with yourself in a supportive community of fellow retreat-goers.
